What happens after a find is reported
Your club logs a found golf club. FindYourGolfClub then matches it against existing and future lost-club reports and notifies everyone involved when there’s a likely match.
Lost-and-found items cost time and often go unclaimed.
Every club office knows the problem. A system that creates extra work helps no one — that’s why this one asks only one step of you.
Three steps —
only one is yours.
Your club records the find. FindYourGolfClub does the rest.
Log the find
The club or the finder reports the club through your personal reporting link or the QR code in the clubhouse. No login, no password.
Automatic matching
FindYourGolfClub compares the found-club report with existing and future lost-club reports — around the clock, with no work for your staff.
Notify the owner
When there’s a likely match, both sides are notified and arrange the return in an anonymous chat.
What your club does — and what we take care of.
Your club doesn’t have to manage search requests or go through member lists.

What you do not need.
This is what a found-club report looks like.
That’s every field there is. Only the club type and the date found are required.
No sign-up, no account — nothing is saved.
Fewer calls to the front desk.
More clubs returned.
No installation, no IT, no budget. One link — and your lost & found is up and running.
Fewer phone calls
Whoever loses or finds something reports it themselves. Your staff no longer has to dig through the lost-and-found box for every inquiry.
Found clubs, neatly organized
No more boxes and handwritten lists: every find is logged with date, type, photo, and storage location — always at hand in the club portal.
Contact details stay private
Email addresses are never shown publicly. Finder and owner talk through an anonymous chat. What we store and for how long is explained in our privacy policy.
Straight from the course
The reporting form runs in any phone browser. Greenkeepers can report a club right where they find it — no app to install.
24 languages
From German and English to Japanese, Turkish, and Russian. Helpful for visiting players and international tournaments.
Service for members and guests
Your pro shop can log finds, too. For visiting players, it’s often the only chance to get their club back once they’ve driven home.
Frequently asked questions
What does FindYourGolfClub cost?
Nothing. The service is free for golf clubs and golfers — no setup fee, no monthly charges.
Does the club have to sign a contract?
No. There is no contract and no minimum term.
Do staff have to install an app?
No. The reporting form runs in the browser. You can add the page to your phone’s home screen if you like, but you don’t have to.
How long does a found-club report take?
Only the club type and date are required. A photo alone often does most of the work, because the type and brand are suggested from it.
Can visiting players use the service too?
Yes. Nobody has to register to report a lost or found club. Visiting players report their loss themselves — even days later, from home.
What happens to contact details?
Email addresses are never shown publicly. Finder and owner message each other in an anonymous chat. Details are in our privacy policy.
Can the club opt out at any time?
Yes. A short email is all it takes — your club page and reporting link are then switched off.
What if there’s no matching lost-club report yet?
The found-club report stays active and is also compared against lost-club reports that come in later. After 360 days it expires automatically, and it can be extended with one click.
Can we enter clubs we’ve already found?
Yes, please do. The contents of your lost-and-found box are the best possible start — including clubs that have been sitting there for a while.
Is the service available in other languages?
Yes. The platform is available in 24 languages, and every notification is sent in the language of the report it belongs to.

Who’s behind this, and what happens to the data.
Who operates FindYourGolfClub is stated in the legal notice. What we store, for how long, and how you can have it deleted is explained in the privacy policy. Reports expire automatically after 360 days, and any report can be withdrawn at any time.
A flyer for your clubhouse
The QR code links straight to the reporting platform. The flyer is free: print it and post it in your clubhouse.
Who’s behind this
Louis Konopatzki runs the site privately, with no company and no investors (see the legal notice). His father, 57 and a golfer since he was 18, helps with the technical side and covers the running costs. Nobody earns anything here. Louis is 18. It stays free for your club and its members.
