Lost a golf club in Ireland?

Golf in Ireland is overwhelmingly a touring sport. The classic trip runs from Dublin down through the southwest or up along the northern coast, a different course every day for a week. Nobody stays put. By the time you notice something is missing, you're three courses and two hundred kilometres past the place it happened — and the course you need to call is one you couldn't reliably name.

In the dunes and marram grass while looking for a ball, where a club laid down drops out of sight completely. Between courses, in cars, minibuses and hotel drying rooms. And during weather changes on exposed coastal links.
